I haven't posted for nearly a month - just haven't got around to it or had the time lately. Been lots happening - I've started classes again for the Fall semester but at a different campus now, although still part of the City University of New York. My Mum was in New York staying at a big hotel in the heart of Manhattan for about five days - she left on Wednesday of last week - so we spent that weekend doing all the touristy type things like a couple of hours on a cruise around Manhattan (yes, on a boat), going to the top of the Empire State Building (damn it's a long way up), a few hours at MoMA (Museum of Modern Art - amazing place) and going out to dinner etc etc. Ice and I actually booked a room at the same hotel for the Saturday night to save all the time travelling back and forth, which made it like a mini-holiday for us too. Then last weekend we went to a wedding in Brooklyn which was fun - gratz Lilly & Leonid! We had a good night and have photos too. Gawd I really have a backlog of stuff to post. Anyway I'm still here, alive and kicking. The other weasel is as awesome as ever - her and my Mum seemed to get on well, so that's all good. Cheers.
